Google Chrome Browser
I have downloaded and experimented with Google Chrome, the new browser from Google, for the past 24 hours. My first take on Chrome is that it has promising potential. Much better look and feel, fast loading of pages, and more viewing area are features immediately noticeable.

Here is a list of major differences when compared with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers:
- Tabs can be changed to Windows. In other words, there is no technical difference between tabs and windows.
- Tabs can be easily ordered by dragging.
- Simple tool bar, no search window.
- Typing in Location bar brings up search results as well as URLs
- Enhanced JavaScript functionality by implementing multi-threading
I tested the LeadPro Email Marketing web application with Chrome and could not find any issues so far. Note that this application was compatible with Firefox earlier. Hence, if your web applications are Firefox or Safari compatible, then there should not be any problem with Chrome.
Here is a side-by-side comparison of Google Chrome with the newly released Internet Explorer 8 from MSN.
As Google says that the Chrome browser has been built with Web Applications in mind, very minimal issues are expected. Please note that Chrome is still in Beta!!
